Domestic corporation registration
The most common business structure in the Philippines, for companies that are more than 60% Filipino-owned. We take you from first documents to Official Receipts in about five weeks.
What it is
A domestic corporation works like a private limited company or LLC: the company's liability is limited to its paid-up capital, and each shareholder risks only what they put in. Because it's Filipino-majority owned, it can operate in almost every industry, more than a foreign-owned company can.
Our all-inclusive fee is PHP75,000.
