You use one of our staffed business centers as your company's official address for SEC, DTI, BIR, LGU and bank registration, and on your website and business cards. Our front desk receives your mail and parcels and emails you when something arrives. You book meeting rooms and workspace days through your online portal.

Virtual office questions
How much is a virtual office in Manila?
Plans start at PHP22,440 for 12 months (about PHP1,870 a month) for Silver Standard at a Standard location. The price depends on the tier, the location level, the contract length and the package. Use the plan picker above or open the full price list.
What do I need to sign up?
A signed proposal, a valid ID and proof of payment. Your account is activated within 24 hours, and your business registration documents are ready for pickup within 48 hours of your welcome email.
Does every plan include a phone number?
No. A dedicated local number with call answering, call alerts, screening, transfer and voicemail comes with Gold and Platinum. Silver covers the business address, mail and reception.
Can I use the address for SEC and BIR registration?
Yes, including VAT registration. It can't be used for PEZA, which needs more than 10 square metres of space. A serviced office works for that instead.
What's the difference between Standard, Preferred and Prime?
Prime is Bonifacio Global City (One Global Place and Fort Legend Tower). Preferred is The Peak in Makati and SunTree Tower in Ortigas. Standard is Sun Plaza in Mandaluyong, Hollywood Square and Neopolitan Business Park in Quezon City, and TB Building in Cabuyao, Laguna.
Can I cancel or upgrade?
You can upgrade at any time and your remaining balance carries over. Cancellations and refunds take 45 to 60 working days to process. We remind you one month before your contract ends.
Can I get building IDs for my team?
Yes, building IDs are PHP100 each.
