All rooms include fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a writing wall, paper and pens, and refillable coffee, tea and filtered water. Rates include 12% VAT, and the minimum booking is one hour.
vOffice clients pay a lower rate. If you book often, an hour bundle brings the cost down further.

Meeting room questions
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room in BGC?
A meeting room for up to 4 people is PHP900 an hour for clients and PHP1,008 for non-clients. A conference room for up to 8 is PHP1,008 an hour for clients and PHP1,344 for non-clients. All rates include VAT.
What's the minimum booking?
One hour per session.
How far ahead should I book?
We suggest 2 to 4 days ahead to get your preferred time. If a room is free, clients can book it in the portal and use it straight away.
Can I cancel a booking?
Clients can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking.
Can I order food to the room?
Yes, you can have food delivered to the center for your meeting.
Where can my guests park?
There are parking lots around our BGC buildings. Sun Plaza in Mandaluyong has plenty of parking on site.
